Section 16-561-100. Purpose.

- The laws set forth in section 1, chapter 26, Laws of 1985, of the state of Washington (RCW 15.04.200) enacted under the authority of Article VIII section 11 of the Washington state Constitution as amended, authorized the expenditure of agricultural commodity commission assessments for agricultural development or trade promotion and promotional hosting and provides that agricultural commodity commissions shall adopt rules governing promotional hosting expenditures by agricultural commodity commission employees, agents, or commissioners.The purpose of these rules is to set forth the parameters governing promotional hosting expenditures for the Washington red raspberry commission.
