Section 16-301-155. Committee investigation.

- Upon referral of a complaint for investigation to the committee, the arbitration committee shall make a prompt and full investigation by the proceedings specified in this chapter of the matters in the complaint, and report its award to the director within sixty days of such referral, unless the parties in the dispute agree in writing to the chairperson to a later date: Provided, That if the committee decides to grow a representative sample of the seed that sixty-day period shall be extended an additional thirty days.
