Section 16-301-150. Attendance at hearings.

- The hearing shall be open to the parties to the dispute and other persons having a financial interest. The committee chairperson shall have the authority to require that any witness or witnesses retire from the hearing during the testimony of other witnesses. The admission of other persons to the arbitration hearing shall be at the discretion of the chairperson of the arbitration committee.
