Section 16-301-145. Record of the hearing.

The secretary of the arbitration committee shall maintain summary minutes of the hearing and shall provide for a recording of all oral proceedings. Any party may request copies of all recordings or transcription of testimony. The costs of duplication, transcription and mailing shall be entirely borne by the requesting party.
