Section 16-240-046. Straight time rate.

- The straight time hourly rate is assessed as cited below.(1) An hourly fee is specified in the schedule adopted under this chapter.(2) The revenue minimum under WAC 16-240-038 applies.(3) No contractual agreement supersedes the straight time rate other than official commercial inspection services provided under WAC 16-240-040.(4) Straight time is assessed in one-half hour increments.[Statutory Authority: RCW 22.09.020 and chapter 34.05 RCW.
