Section 16-230-600. Can high volatile ester and dust formulations be used in Washington and what are the areas under order for use restricted herbicides?

(1) The distribution, use and application of all high volatile ester and dust formulations of restricted use herbicides are prohibited throughout the state.

(2) WAC 16-230-605 through 16-230-675 apply to all counties located east of the crest of the Cascade Mountains.
