Section 148-120-205. Limitations.

- (1) No form of disciplinary action shall be enforced in such a manner as to prevent a student from accomplishing specific academic grade, subject, or graduation requirement: Provided, That a student's academic grade or credit in a particular subject or course may be adversely affected as a result of excessive tardiness or absences.(2) Corporal punishment as defined by the superintendent of public instruction in WAC 392-400-235(2) as now or hereafter amended, is prohibited.[Statutory Authority: RCW 72.40.0191 and 28A.300.285.
