All communications with the board and department including but not limited to the submission of materials pertaining to its operations and/or the administration or enforcement of chapter 42.17 RCW and these rules; requests for copies of the board and department's decisions and other matters, shall be addressed as follows: Washington State Department of Information Services, c/o Public Records Officer, Jefferson Building, 1110 Jefferson Street S.E., Olympia, Wash. 98504.
