Section 137-56-015. Disposition of earnings.

Reasonable payment as determined by the department of board and room charges will be deducted from the work/training release residents' earnings. For purposes of this section, earnings shall constitute all income and money received or possessed by the work/training release offender while under a work release plan. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the department's authority to obtain reimbursement for moneys advanced to a work/training release offender by the department.
