Section 137-10-005. Purpose.

The purpose of this rule is to establish the procedures by which an interested party may petition the department of corrections for the promulgation, amendment, or repeal of a rule pursuant to RCW 34.05.330, or for a declaratory ruling pursuant to RCW 34.05.240.
