Section 137-08-105. Correction of erroneous information.

Latest version.

(1) A client may challenge the accuracy or completeness of criminal history record information, as defined in chapter 10.97 RCW, pertaining to the client and maintained in the department's files. Such challenge shall be effected in accordance with chapter 446-20 WAC.

(2) A client may challenge the accuracy and completeness of information in the department's files pertaining to the client other than criminal history record information. Such challenge shall be effected in accordance with department policies and procedures.
