Section 135-110-610. Every voter must be verified as eligible.

(1) Every individual requesting a ballot for any conservation district election must be verified as a qualified district elector before his or her ballot is counted.

(2) At a poll-site election, a provisional ballot must be issued if the voter's eligibility to vote cannot be determined during polling and the individual wishes to vote.
