Section 132Y-100-060. Locating legal parking space.

Latest version.

(1) The responsibility for locating legal parking space rests with the operator of the motor vehicle. Lack of space will not be considered a valid excuse for violating any parking rule.

(2) The fact that a person may park or observe others parked in violation of rules without receiving a citation does not mean that the rules are no longer enforced.
