The traffic rules which are applicable upon state lands devoted mainly to the educational activities of Edmonds Community College are as follows:

(1) The motor vehicle and other traffic laws of the state of Washington; and

(2) The traffic code of Lynnwood, Washington, and Snohomish County; and

(3) Rules set forth in chapter 132Y-100 WAC.
