Section 132X-50-160. Issuance of traffic tickets or summons.

- (1) Upon reasonable belief that a violation of these regulations has occurred, the director of security or designee, may issue a warning or citation.(2) Such warning or citation may be served by attaching a copy outside such vehicle or by personally serving the operator/owner or by mailing the citation.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 28B.50 RCW and RCW 42.56.040.
