Section 132X-50-150. Violation of parking and traffic regulations.

- (1) Operators of illegally operated or parked vehicles shall be warned or cited that they are in violation of these regulations.(2) In instances where violations are repeated (five or more citations); or, vehicle is parked in such a manner as to endanger the college community; or, vehicle is parked in a fire lane or other posted tow-away, said vehicle(s) may be impounded and or immobilized.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 28B.50 RCW and RCW 42.56.040.
