Section 132X-50-120. Right to appeal permit revocation/refusal.

When a parking permit has been recalled pursuant to WAC 132X-50-100 or has been refused in accordance with WAC 132X-50-110 or when a fine or penalty has been levied against a violator of the rules and regulations set forth in this chapter, such action by the vice-president for administrative services, or designee, may be appealed in accordance with WAC 132X-50-180.
