  • It is the responsibility of Wenatchee Valley College to provide and maintain a work and academic community which is free from sexual harassment. Sexual harassment violates federal and state law and will not be tolerated by Wenatchee Valley College. Any student or employee in violation of this policy and who engages in unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, where such behavior offends the recipient, causes discomfort or humiliation, or interferes with job or academic performance, will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from the school or dismissal from employment.
