Section 132U-125-030. Trespass.

- The vice-president or designee(s) shall have the authority and power to prohibit the entry or withdraw the license or privilege of any person or group of persons to enter into or remain in any college property or facility. Such power and authority may be exercised to halt any event which is deemed to be unreasonably disruptive of order or impedes the movement of persons or vehicles or which disrupts or threatens to disrupt the movement of persons from facilities owned and/or operated by the college. Any person who disobeys a lawful order given by the vice-president or designee(s), shall be subject to disciplinary action and/or charges of criminal trespass.[Statutory Authority: Chapter 28B.50 RCW.
