Community College District No. 20 is governed by a board of trustees consisting of five individuals appointed by the governor of the state of Washington and is operated in accordance with the provisions of the Community College Act of 1967 and amendments thereto; and the bylaws, policies and regulations adopted by the board of trustees of Community College District No. 20 and on file in the office of the president of Walla Walla Community College.
