Section 132T-09-080. Notice and opportunity for hearing in contested cases.

Latest version.

In any contested case all parties shall be served with a notice at least ten days before the date set for the hearing. The notice shall be signed by the president of Walla Walla Community College or his designee and shall state the time, place and issues involved as required by RCW 28B.19.120.
