Section 132R-175-010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter shall be to ensure compliance by the Community College District No. 18 with the provisions of chapter 42.17 RCW, Disclosure—Campaign finances—Lobbying—Records; and in particular with RCW 42.17.250 through 42.17.348 that deal with public records.
