Section 132Q-94-130. Violations.

- Violations of these rules and regulations based on health and safety standards within this chapter shall be cause for disciplinary action under the provisions of chapter 132Q-[02] WAC. Disciplinary proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with chapter 132Q-[02] WAC.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28B.50.140.
