The purpose of this chapter shall be to insure compliance by Washington Community College District 17 with the provisions of chapter 42.17 RCW, Disclosure—Campaign finance—Lobbying—Records: And, in particular, with RCW 42.17.250 - 42.17.340 dealing with public records.
