- Parking permits are licenses and the property of the college and may be revoked for any of the following reasons:(1) The purpose for which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists.(2) The permit is used on an unregistered vehicle or by an unauthorized individual.(3) A parking permit application form was falsified.(4) These parking regulations were violated.(5) The parking permit was counterfeited or altered or transferred without authorization.(6) There has been failure to comply with a specific determination, decision, or directive by college officials.Appeals of parking permit revocations may be made within twenty days to the security/safety manager for a brief adjudicative procedure. Appeals to the vice-president of administrative services must be filed within twenty-one days of the date of notice of revocation.
