Latest version.
  • Bicycles may be ridden any place where vehicles are permitted. They may also be ridden on campus sidewalks or pathways, though pedestrians always have the right of way. An audible signal shall be used by bicyclists to warn pedestrians of oncoming bicycles. Bicyclists shall not ride in a reckless manner or engage in stunts or dangerous acts, or operate at speeds greater than ten miles per hour or such lower speed as is reasonable and prudent under the circumstances.
