The purpose of this chapter shall be to ensure compliance by the Community College District Number Thirteen with the provisions of chapter 42.17 RCW Disclosure—Campaign finances—Lobbying—Records; and in particular with RCW 42.17.250- 42.17.320 of that act, dealing with public records.
