Section 132K-126-170. Due process.

- Students have the right to due process. No disciplinary action shall be imposed without notice to the accused of the nature of the charges. Notice may be given by a judicial advisor verbally and in writing within ten days of a charge being submitted against a student to include the alleged violations of the code and the opportunity for advanced inspection of any affidavits or exhibits the college intends to submit at the hearing. A student accused of violating the code of conduct is entitled to procedural due process as set forth in this chapter.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28B.50.140(13).
