Section 132K-125-390. Reporting, recording and maintenance of records.

  • Records of all disciplinary cases shall be kept by the office of the executive dean of student services. Except in proceedings wherein the student is exonerated, all documentary or other physical evidence produced or considered in disciplinary proceedings and all recorded testimony shall be preserved insofar as possible for at least five years. No record of proceedings wherein the student is exonerated, other than the fact of exoneration, shall be maintained in the student's file or other official college repository after the date of the student's graduation.
