The president or his or her designee(s) shall review the findings and conclusions of the executive dean of student services in conjunction with the recommendations of the college disciplinary committee and will issue a final decision within three business days. The president or his or her designee(s) shall notify the appealing student by certified and regular mail at the student's last known address or by personal service.
