Section 132K-125-240. Procedures of summary suspension hearing.

(1) The summary suspension hearing shall be considered an informal hearing. The hearing must be conducted as soon as reasonably possible and the executive dean of student services or his or her designee(s) shall preside.

(2) The executive dean of student services shall decide whether there is probable cause to believe that continued suspension is necessary and/or whether some other disciplinary action is appropriate.
