Pierce College desires to insure that information contained in the educational records of its students is treated responsibly with due regard for its personal nature, and for the students', college's, and the community's needs. This chapter implements this general policy and responds to the requirements of Public Law 93-380 (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974).
