Section 132H-116-310. Objectives of parking and traffic rules and regulations.

The objectives of these regulations are:

(1) To protect and control pedestrian and vehicular traffic on property owned, operated, or maintained by the college district.

(2) To ensure access at all times for emergency equipment.

(3) To minimize traffic disturbances.

(4) To facilitate the operation of the college by providing adequate access to vehicles.

(5) To allocate limited parking space for the most efficient use.

(6) To protect state property.
