Section 132G-136-090. Physical education facility—Equipment stored in baskets.

All personal equipment stored in baskets in the gym and not picked up at the end of each quarter, by a date specified by the director of physical education and posted in advance, will be removed. The equipment will be stored for one quarter and can be picked up by the owner for a fee. The board of trustees will establish this fee.
