Section 132G-136-010. Rental of college facilities.

College facilities are primarily to service the instructional program of the college. However, the facilities, when not required for scheduled college use, are available for rental by the public in accordance with specified fee schedules and other relevant terms and conditions for such use. The board of trustees of Community College District Number Seven, shall establish, from time to time, the fee schedules, rules and regulations for the use of its facilities.
