Section 132G-120-062. Permission to enter or remain on campus.

During the period of summary suspension, the suspended student shall not enter the campus other than to meet with the vice-president for student services, or his/her designee, or to attend the summary suspension hearing. However, the vice-president for student services, or his/her designee, may grant the student special permission to enter for the express purpose of meeting with faculty, staff, or students in preparation for the hearing.
