  • All disciplinary proceedings will be initiated by either the vice-president for student services or a division dean. The vice-president for student services or a division dean, may, however, delegate this responsibility to others. In cases appealed to it, the college discipline committee (see WAC 132G-120-070) assumes the responsibility for making a recommendation to the president of the college.
