Section 132F-108-120. Absence of president.

- The district president/chancellor or president of one of the district's institutions may designate another employee of the college to act in his/her place on a temporary basis during his/her absence. An employee appointed under this provision shall only have the authority to act upon matters which require a decision by the president within the limited period of time when the president, due to his/her absence, is unable to decide such matter.[Statutory Authority: RCW 28B.50.100, [28B.50].130, and/or [28B.50].140.
