Section 132E-16-220. Procedure—Issuance of traffic violation notice.

Upon violation of any of these regulations, an employee or designee of the college security office may issue an EvCC traffic violation notice setting forth the date, violation time, violation location, the vehicle license number and general description of the vehicle, and nature of the violation. The traffic violation notice will be served by attaching the pink copy to the vehicle or by personally serving the traffic violation notice to the alleged violator.
