Section 132X-50-110. Right to refuse permit.

The vice-president for administrative services, or designee, reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a parking permit to anyone who has had a previous permit revoked, or whose driving or parking record indicates a disregard for the parking regulations or the safety of others.
