Section 131-47-090. Assurance to submit annual evaluation report to the state board for community and technical colleges.

No application for an even start project grant shall be approved by the state board for community and technical colleges unless the authorized agent of the eligible grantee agrees to submit an annual evaluation report containing the information requested by the state board for community and technical colleges as outlined in the request for proposals.
