Section 131-47-035. Other eligible program components—Definition.

As used in this chapter, the term "other eligible program components" means one or more of the following:

(1) Transportation.

(2) Child care.

(3) Other activities and/or resources determined by the state board for community and technical colleges to be directly necessary activities to accomplish the purpose of project even start.
